What happens if I hit my free limit? Once you reach the 5 ERA monthly limit, you won’t be able to process additional files until the next reset or you upgrade to a paid plan. Upgrading is instant and preserves all existing data.
What counts as an ERA? Each 835 file processed counts as one ERA, regardless of the number of claims or service lines it contains.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s ERA volume? You can upgrade at any time to continue processing without interruption.
Is this HIPAA compliant? Yes. The platform is designed for healthcare workflows and uses secure hosting, encryption, and secure data storage.
Do paid plans unlock additional features? No. All plans include the same core ERA features. Plans differ only by monthly ERA volume. API access is available on the Enterprise plan.
Does my ERA volume reset every month? Yes. ERA limits reset monthly on your billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time? Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is a credit card required to try the Free plan? No. The Free plan does not require a credit card.
